1959 BUICK 401 SHORT BLOCK AND HEADS

This engine was done over 20 years ago. It’s bored .030, has a new camshaft, timing chain and gears, and the front balancer. The heads are freshened as well. The cylinder walls are greased, and you can see the assembly lube on the cam. I would recommend taking it apart and scrubbing everything, and using Torco assembly lube and reassembling. I also have (2) stick shift flywheels, and (1) clutch setup, of unknown year. The ’59 engine is externally balanced, and the flywheels are for an internally balanced engine. The plan was to take the engine apart and re-balance to use the stick setup. With parts and machine shop prices these days, I feel $1850.00 is a fair price for some one wanting a nail head Buick, I have only what you see, no bolts or accessories.
